folder options

i searched the forum without any answers so i figured id just ask. is there anyway i can make a default setting for ALL the folders as suppose to just 1 certain folder. i know i tiger i was able to say "apply to all folders" but in leopard it doesnt seem to be an option. is it somewhere out or am i SOL?

thats odd i clicked on use as default and nothing happened.😕

The 'use as default' does not seem to ensure that folders that you have not previously customised, or new folders display in the format you have selected.

I think people who have clean installed will have this problem, but not those who have upgraded.
