I've been helping someone with their iCloud and I'm stumped.
Macbook, iPad and iPhone all logged into the same iCloud account. Create folder on iPad and it appears on the iPhone, but not on the Mac's "iCloud" folder. Create something within Mac's iCloud folder and it doesn't appear on the iPad or iPhone.
On the Mac, under system prefs/iCloud Drive/options... there's no option to have "desktop and documents folders". But I don't know why. Mac is running OSX 10.
Could the fact the iCloud login and the app store login are two different accounts?
Any help appreciated.
