Folder Size in the status bar?

is there a Finder add on that would show the size of the highlighted folder when in column view? it says the number of items in the folder the remaining space on the hd but not the size of the folder

AFAIK, there isn't. The best method I can think of is Command-i on the folder. Just one of the reasons I rarely use column view.

Thanks for the Command I tip, i like column view but i might have to get use to list view for the folder size
