Folders for pics

I have the iPhone 3GS and a pc. I want to be able to have the pics on my iphone to be put in organized into folders. I was told that this could be done with iphoto and a mac but i am using a pc. Is there anyway I can do it?

there is an app that was released recently to allow you to do this on the phone itself...search back a couple of days on this forum

I have created a 'Photos' folder on my pc, and then under this I have other folders within this one that I then sync to my phone.

Would this app also allow me to create folders for my camera roll also?
