Folding help

Finally got my G3 up running for MR fold team,but 1 thing is stumping me on setup .. How do i setup folding@home when i'm complete n00b in terminal? 😱 😱

Use either increase or the mc68k script however I don't know how you would get the mc68k script as the site it was on no longer has it.🙁 He probably moved it and i was not paying attention. 😱
