i just got the folding@home screensaver. how do i join the macrumors team?
 
When it asks for the team number (in the preferences?), enter "3446". I've never used the screensaver version so I'm not sure where it can be entered.

Somewhere in the preferences menu, under identity, enter your MR screen name at "e-mail or name" and 3446 at "team number". 🙂

You don't need to have the same identity as your MacRumors name (although it would make sense).

Oh, good point. Sorry about that, I was just saying what to do from personal experience/use of folding@home. 😱 🙂
