Hi. Been trying to fold on a brand new Dual 2.7 G5 using the folding script, but I seem to have run into one or 2 issues. The first is that, even though the processes seem to be backgrounded, when I quit the terminal, they stop. The second (possible) problem is that they seem to be working on the exact same protein, which, from what I've seen before, is either incredibly unlikely, or a conflict. Anyone have any thoughts?

The first WU is always the same protein. Stanford doesn't knowyet that you have a dual and therefore assumes that something went wrong with the connection and sends the same protein again. The next should be different.

type this in terminal and restart, then the issue should be over and you can quit the terminal with out stopping folding:
"crontab -l"
