Font issue after updating to Mac Version 10.14.3

After updating to MacOSMojave 10.14)


emails received are now coming with an Italic font. I tried a safe boot which did not help.

the font on the toolbar is set to regular

Please advise.

I am not very computer literate so would be grateful if your how fix this issue is provided with detail information on how to fix the issue

Have you checked the Mail settings?

Also use Font Book to check your fonts.
