Yes. The keywords for this are 'adaptive layout' 'size classes' 'adaptive fonts'
You can specify a font for a view based on the size class of the device in IB.

No you cannot, not without writing it in code. Frustrating I know.
The above user said you can use adaptive layouts which is technically correct but both the iPhone 4.7 and 4” screens have the same size classes so you cannot change the font based on size classes. The plus size is the only one that has the different size class.
