Font too light to read since update

I'm using a 2013 macbook air and the font on my macbook is strangely light to read (I mean not bold enough) since I updated to El Capitan.

The problem is the font only seems light (especially on the webpages when I use safari) under my admin account, however, it looks normal if I change to my work account.

Can anyone help me please?

Can you check whether you’ve enabled LCD font smoothing in both accounts? You can find it at the bottom of System Preferences > General.

thx but font smoothing setting are the same (both disabled)
