NEUE, not Nue.

Apple doesn't allow to change system font in the settings normally, but there are tools like TinkerTool. Although Apple doesn't recommends to tinker with system settings.

Was just playing with it in my Word Processsing App, Scrivener (Which I'm happy to report seems to work fine with 10.10), and it looks to be Helvetica Neue Regular.

It'd be nice if they bumped it up to Regular, and if they added a Bold option. That would also create consistency with iOS.
