Fonts used in Apple's Manuals ?

Hi,

Which fonts (and size) are used in the Apple manuals (e.g. Welcome to Snow Leopard) ?

Copying and pasting text from the manual in Pages says it's Helvetica, but it looks more like Lucida Grande.

Any ideas ?
