iPhone 11 For $700: New iPhone 11 64GB or Used iPhone XS Max 64GB?

Costco sells their iPhones in store for $50 off retail. With tax, the new iPhone 11 64gb comes right about to $700. But if a used 64gb XS Max in good condition can be had for $700 as well, is that the better buy? Or the newer model base 11? Which would YOU rather have of those two specific models for $700?

The only perk of XS is the HDR display (size, contrast ratio, 3D touch). For more bang for your $, I would go with 11.
