sadly "next destination" in the Notification Center doesn't seem to work.
It is enabled in settings - but it doesn't show up.

yes - I tried turning it off and on again - didn't fix it :/

Just to give my experience with my 4s.
It's been using it for 3 days and i feel mainly 2 problems that slow down daily usage. One I think is by design, which is the fade in, fade out animations that waste some annoying seconds. It has lost the immediacy that I was used to.
The other, more to the point of this thread is that I feel lag in the general use of safari and especially when typing (maybe not just in safari). Also somewhat intermittently when going from one app to another I'm getting that "it's not as responsive as it was" feeling...

Update:

For the first time, my iphone crashed. It got stuck on the lock screen by pressing the sleep button after taking a picture. No touch input worked, couldn't turn it off (although the power off slider appeared, I couldn't slide it). After a hard reset (I think) touch input came back, but the screen was flickering, like it had a very low refresh rate...

I had to downgrade to iOS 6 yesterday because this happened also about being unable to use the phone at all.

I have a 64gb 4S and everything runs fine, sometimes it may have weird UI things but I'm sure they'll eventually get fixed.

I did a clean install so maybe that's why I've had pretty decent luck with it, I would say my battery life sucks but I've had my 4S for 2 1/2 years now so I can't expect it to be THAT good.

On my 4S, aside from the delay already mentioned due to the length of animations/transitions, I've noticed that the App Store is super slow when searching and downloading.

The iOS is stable in itself. A little laggy in some places, but I think I'm running it "hot" not knowing how to properly optimize it.

Two issues have popped up, related to itunes 11.1 beta I think, involving sync and backup issues. I've read somewhere it's an issue with the 32bit version of itunes. Might downgrade right before I do official upgrades to eliminate any other issues.

I'm a fan of iOS 7. A big fan. First thing is that it makes my phone feel like a whole new device. Battery life is longer. The new default ringtone is awesome. Love the true multi-tasking.

And i love the overall look of iOS 7. Control center is a neat/useful addition.

Oh, and i love the landscape music cover art. You can simply click on a picture and play options abound. Sometimes i'm able to use this feature in portrait. Anyone know if it's a bug or can i use it freely?

i love it so far but sometimes there are minor lag in messages app when u send a message and there is a also a lag when u use the new keyboard and rotate to go on landscape. apart from that it runs well

The flickering issue happened to me too after I did a reset, it was very strange. I downgraded back to 6 and the flickering was still there for about an hour. Now it's completely gone.

Battery life with a lot of twitter, Instagram, and safari browsing. Pretty darn good.
