For my college dorm I would like a keyboard + Mouse.

I have been looking on getting the BT Mighty Mouse + Wireless Apple Keyboard. Both these are full Bluetooth technology right.

Any other suggestions would be helpful also.

What do you mean by full bluetooth technology? Yea they both connect to the computer via bluetooth. I strongly recommend the bluetooth apple keyboard, but just a heads up on the mighty mouse (wireless or not) the scroll ball gets stuck a lot.

By Full bluetooth, I am wondering if I need to plug something in at all. The wireless keyboard is the bluetooth one correct?

Pass on the Mighty Mouse. It has terrible battery life, quirky bluetooth connectivity, and terrible form. I say this, however, with a slight bias: I've used the best--the Logitech MX Revolution. Here's a my review on it. And you're in luck. It now has $40 worth of rebates available, if you also want a notebook stand and keyboard.

IMO, this is one product that has Apple beat.
