I saw a video by Jared Polin where he showed a few photos that had this issue. it doesn't seem like a huge issue.

I wonder if Nikon rushed (again) to get out a product. Even though the D750 is suppose to be different than the D600/D610, they were all produced close in dates. Not the usual two years.

I saw the same video. As I'm not looking to buy for a few months, hopefully the issues will be sorted by then. It's not uncommon for new product launches to have issues. It's how they get resolved that maters. The D600 issues didn't get dealt with as they should IMO. The product recall would have been better for their reputation than what did happen.

I can't seem to duplicate the issue with my D750. I also hate flair in my photos so it not a issue for me.

It's a construction fault, unless nano robots can be sent via internet to rebuild the camera there is no update. ;)
Forum talk in dpreview has it that Nikon recalled all D750s in Japan.
Seems like they are tackling the problem immediately now, after the disaster with the D600.

That's good to know. I like the D750 because it has a lot of features I want to use.

I'm in no rush either. The oil thing was a bit too much. I like the idea of the full frame D600 (size) but wasn't ready to jump on it.

I spent the better part of a hour last night trying to create the flair issue. I finally did under a condition I would never shoot under. I love the camera and eventually I sent to Nikon for the fix, I glad they have a solution for a obscure problem.
