[Apologies if there was a similar thread; I could not find it]

I like simple/stylish leather (wallet) cases, such as

Apple Stock - http://store.apple.com/us/product/MGR62ZM/A/iphone-6-leather-case-black

Mujjo - http://www.mujjo.com/the-sleeves-co...-sleeves/leather-wallet-case-for-iphone-6-tan
In fact, I like the Mujjo better; no need for a separate wallet.

However, to be comfortable with more creative photography, I need a wrist strap as well.

Any suggestions to add a strap to one of these cases or a 3rd, similar or better case?

If you have a teeny tiny drill bit you can add lanyard holes to any hard sided case including the apple leather case. I added lanyard holes to my Spigen Neo hybrid.

For another option...The Ringke fusion case has lanyard holes.

Thanks for the hole tip!

Actually, until anyone replied; that was my idea as well.

2nd choice is nice

I really like the 2nd case that you posted! I was able to find some on Amazon, but I dont know if they are a good brand or not. However, the prices are very reasonable.
1st choice
2nd choice
Sad that none of these cases have the tan leather case. I guess black would be the best choice of color.

I just added one of these tab & metal loop setups to my case to add a wrist or neck lanyard for photography: http://www.amazon.com/Snow-Lizard-Products-SLTABBLK-Smartphones/dp/B0073OXD0U/

It's called a Tek Tab, and unfortunately, they're no longer being manufactured. But apparently, the company that made them Snow Lizard still has a decent supply available. The link above is for four tabs, four plastic lanyard clips, and a decent (but not heavy-duty camera strap quality) neck-length lanyard. The adhesive used is very strong and permanent, so I stuck mine to the back of my case, near the bottom. (Obviously make sure you have a good case!) It's fairly small, a bit over 1/2" across the plastic part, and it's pretty unobtrusive when not in use.

Most cases with built in lanyard holes only accomodate those tiny thin strings, and I'm not about to trust my expensive phone plus an add-on Moment lens to string that's less durable than your average dental floss. This setup allows me to put a decent strap with a clip on there instead, and makes it very easy to switch from a wrist strap to a neck strap, or to have no strap at all when not needed.

There's also at least one bracket out there that provides a solid, permanent lanyard loop. It actually screws into the base of the phone, replacing the current screws on either side of the lightning port with longer ones that come with the bracket. Not sure of the name; I came across them while googling for iPhone lanyards, so they shouldn't be too hard to find. I think they require a basically open bottom case though.
