Well, I got him an XR 64 at lunch time. I triple checked and he didn't want to stretch his budget for the 11. I'm good with his decision. Hopefully he'll take good care of it as well.

XR is an amazing phone. I’m in IT and tested devices ‘professionally’ for years. Last year I returned the XS for the XR. My wife passed on XS for XR. If he’s into group selfies he will appreciate the wider front lens.
