Got my confirmation email of order at 2:03 AM so I'm not worried. In the past as long as you ordered in first hour or so usually fine. Obviously things are subject to supply but 3 minutes and a successful order placed. I'm not worried. I couldn't have done anything to get it faster lol.

Glad this is the earliest delivery date. I hope we get them on the 24th.

Ordered about 8:15 and got this delivery estimate for my 42mm/SS/Classic.

Yup, there was never (to my knowledge) anyone being told that they were guaranteed to have it delivered on precisely 4/24. Everyone got that window into May, which is a helluva large delivery window if you ask me.

My hope is either that:
1. They will get production up fairly quickly to accommodate those early orders, with the size of that delivery window just being Apple covering their asses.
Or 2. They will be able to deliver to at least the people who ordered in the first 2-3 minutes (like you and me) on the 24th, fulfilling orders in the order that they were received.

Hopefully at least no.2, would like it soon. When in dispatches everything will become clear.

Does anyone know how Apple handles financed items?!

I pre-ordered within 5 minutes but selected 0% financing as my payment option.

Concerning the shipping... does it then count when I placed the pre-order or when the bank gives its okay?! Having to send some files in to the bank via post it will definitely take a couple of days...
