Press the down on the Digital Crown and the other button so I've read.

Its simply called side button I think. Yes, screenshot is both the crown and side button together.

I wonder how beta developer releases are going to be handled. Will it require a beta version of iOS to be installed on your iPhone? Or will you have to download a separate IPSW file and send it through iTunes?
