For the record, you can wash (launder) your headphones

Just ran my headphones through the wash cycle with the rest of my clothes.

How did that happen? I have no idea. Just found them when I was moving the clothes to the dryer.

And they still work fine!

Plus they're now their old pretty white again. Not gray. 😀

Not sure if this had been tested yet so I thought I would post my results.

the same happened to me, about three weeks ago. but in my case the right speaker no longer works:[ but the mic. still does, it's kinda weird

I sent mine through the wash about a month ago. And yes they still work fine.

Oh yes. Mine have been through the washer and dryer twice, and they still work!
It's nice to have a nice smelling pair of headphones. Downy fabric softener fresh. 😀
