Just ran my headphones through the wash cycle with the rest of my clothes.

How did that happen? I have no idea. Just found them when I was moving the clothes to the dryer.

    And they still work fine!

Plus they're now their old pretty white again. Not gray. :D

Not sure if this had been tested yet so I thought I would post my results.

Wondering if it would make my glossy ones matte.

I sent mine through the wash about a month ago. And yes they still work fine.

I did the same thing. Unfortunately only one speaker works now.

There's been more work on the launder your headphones issue than I would have guessed.

    Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5F136 Safari/525.20)

Oh yes. Mine have been through the washer and dryer twice, and they still work!
It's nice to have a nice smelling pair of headphones. Downy fabric softener fresh. :D
