For those awaiting 3GS - updating current iPhone to 3.0?

With 3.0 coming out today, how many current iPhone users are upgrading to 3.0 before they get their 3GS? I have a 2G and considering keeping 2.2.1, simply because I want a fresh phone experience Friday after work. Then again, I'd like to play with 3.0 today. Ahh, decisions

I have a 3G and am waiting for the S, I too am a little nervous about messing with what is working fine for now. I think that I will wait until more people download 3.0 before jumping into it. I may even wait until I get the new phone.

I’m upgrading to 3.0 on my 3G, mainly because I want to play with the new version plus I’m giving it to my wife on Friday and she’ll be upset if she doesn’t have the new software. Remember, happy wife, happy life!

I'm waiting a few days to see if there are any early-adopter bugs that need ironed out.

Oh, and waiting for a stable jailbreak too
