I was thinking, you hear soooo much from people who don’t like thicc camera bumps. This this, it’s ugly that, it doesn’t fit in my pockets etc.
Well, this thread is for those of us who like em thicc, we don’t care about it being thin, we like curves, we like our pictures to be the utmost quality, and if the camera bump has to look like it was designed by Sir Mix-a-Lot than so be it.
So tell me and the world, what could be done with the iPhone camera system if Apple didn’t need to worry about the phone getting much thicker? What kind of sensors and lenses could they slap on the derrière of this thing if they could let’s say, make the camera bump protrude another half inch or so? I’ve always wondered if it would be posssible to squeeze something like a APS-C size sensor, and like a 14 mil pancake lens on the back of the phone. Of course you’d only have one focal length but it would be unbeatable in image quality!
