For those on developer beta - is it super buggy?

I can't turn off do not disturb or I don't know how. When I bring up control center there is no off option when I choose DND icon. In the DND settings there is no toggle to turn it off either or I am missing it....

That hasn’t changed from 18.5, I just checked my phone and the settings are identical to what’s on my iPad Pro on 26 regarding DND. However, I have a schedule set on both devices for it to activate at a certain time each evening. If I don’t want it on at all I can just toggle off the schedule. At that point it could be manually activated and turned off as you wish.

If you don’t see the half-moon icon and Do Not Disturb in Control Center, it is off. If you tap Focus you can turn it on for any duration you want, and, then, you will see the half-moon icon and Do Not Disturb on the main CC screen. Just tap that again and tap the duration you selected before and you turn it off.
