what firmware are the phone coming with? im having a problem with my microphone and need to get a replacement. i really need a phone running 4.0 tho. what are the chances of this happening?

If there is a lower-volume Apple store in your area, you will likely still get 4.0.1
4.0.1 for me yesterday 8/30/10...watch out for the yellow tint...I wish someone would have warned me!
