Macmall has them in stock and shipping out same day...
Just wanted to add that if you're thinking about a stock iBook, I would seriously consider getting a BTO 60GB HD or even higher. The 40GB HD's are shipping with 24GB left. Yes, you can remove some languages/drivers, but still, you'll run out of space quick, especially if you would like to take advantage of iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD, etc. For $50 more, the 60GB upgrade will greatly extend the "useable" life of your iBook and you will thank yourself in the future. Who wants to carry around external FW hard drive and then find out there's no outlets around when you need to access them?
