...try turning Siri off then back on again on your iPhone. It's absolutely transformed Siri from unusable (often not registering what I say, huge delays etc.) to amazing: really quick and responsive. Hope it lasts. 'Hey Siri' is still touch and go, but holding the DC now works great.

I'm just on the first time so far; it's held up to quite a bit of use so far. Will see how I get on tomorrow...
