i know they have a special offer for an additional $150 off for the trade in from tmobile..they just email you a code that you punch in tmobile promotions. did you guys get the code to get the 150 dollar debit card from tmobile?

The T Mobile promotion for $150 is if you trade in thru Apple.com.
Once Apple receives the trade in, you can submit the promo code & IMEI to get $150 from T Mobile as a digital Mastercard rebate.

However, if you trade in to the carrier directly, they will give you more but you will be stuck with a 30 month EIP plan that you can't get out early.
And if you have been a good TMO customer for over 5 years, they have a $200 rebate for trading in your iPhone to TMO.

This assumes you receive the trade in box, send it in, then wait for their approval on the condition received vs your condition.

No

I got the 12 and it is really small. I am supposed to send in my 11, just got my return box, is there anyway I can request the pro and send them both back at the same time?

You can return the 12, which will cancel the trade in and the order a pro. Though do you mean pro max? Because the regular pro is the same size as the 12.

I have the payments set up with my Apple Card. I’m wondering if I could just return the phone and go and do it through TM? Apple gave me a 350.00 discount for the return of my 11, but I just got the box Saturday, plus I would like the pro instead of the 12. Any suggestions?

I just did the same return on a TMO 12 Pro that was pre-ordered thru Apple.com and financed thru Apple Card. My Apple Card payments and trade in was cancelled.

Yes, after you return the Apple.com phone, you can go to TMO site and get one thru the carrier - they will give you more of a trade in ($500) on your 11 plus if you have been with them over 5 years, they will also give you $200 digital Mastercard rebate too. $700 is pretty sweet.

The only issue is that you have to maintain TMO service for 30 months on an EIP so you can't jump ship next year....

This is correct.
I just did that on the pre-ordered 12 from Apple w/ trade in - both returned/canceled....

just go to the t-mobile promotions site. promotions.t-mobile.com

it will ask you to enter the IMEI of your new iPhone and you can then enter the promotion code: 2020APPLERETAILT1

apple just verified my trade-in last Friday, but so far I haven't received the $150 from T-mobile yet.
