For You "An Error Occured"

    Since updating to IOS 9 yesterday, I keep getting an error message while trying to access the For You section of Apple Music on my iPhone and iPad. The New and Radio sections are fine. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

    Same problem here on my iPad and iPhone and also on my wife's iPhone. We're on family sharing in the UK. All other parts of Music work fine.

    Yup. It was actually working fine last night (I am in the beta so I've been on 9.1 for a few days), but today For You is down on my PC, iPhone and iPad.

    Updated iTunes on my MacBook Pro. Same problem. Called Apple support and was told to do a backup of my phone and iPad on iTunes, restore both devices to factory settings, and then do a full backup. My MacBook is running OSX, so don't see how that would help that device. Reluctant to go through all that.

    For those (like me) having this problem, I found a fix on the Apple Community forums. It worked for me

    I tried everything I could think of, including changing my password to reentering my credit card information. Finally I went to Account (red head icon in upper left corner) and reentered " choose Artist for you " After hitting done I had no more problems and no more error messages. Hope this works for you, have a great weekend.

    I had this issue (actually nothing in Music was working), but I assumed it was because my phone was connecting to my traveler router network that it doesn't like instead of connecting directly to my apartment's wifi. As soon as I changed wifi networks it started working fine.

    That sounds like a totally different issue than we had. For us, everything was working except for the For You section. In your case, you just didn't have an internet connection. :p
