Force install an iOS app?

Would it be somehow possible to "force install" an iOS .ipa(or maybe some other) app just like people with jailbroken iDevices can?

if you have the .ipa and are on an M1 Mac, you can install the iOS app by just double-clicking on it.

I tried using an IPA I downloaded via Apple Configurator. After I double-clicked the IPA it "installed" (aka copied over the file to the Applications folder and created a wrapper). However when I start the app I get an error: You do not have permission to open the application “App Name”. Contact your computer or network administrator for assistance.

I am where you are currently at. I haven't tried disabling SIP or gatekeeper, but I'm guessing that it has something to do with notarization? I even tried App signer and signing the ipa with my own developer account but I still got the error.

Yep! Exporting the IPA from iMazing worked.

What about just downloading PUBG or Call of Duty Mobile IPA from websites and installing it? Does it work?

You can download an IPA file from a website, but you cannot install it on your mac M1.
Does anyone know how to force install IPA files from websites with the terminal for example?
Idk why we are not free to install whatever we want on something that is ours. Imagine if in the future we won't even be able to install apps outside of the App Store? I would be very upset.
