Force pairing with new iphone?

Hi

So I got a replacement iphone from apple and while setting it up, my watch kept bugging me, constantly, to pair it over to the new phone. At the time I wasn't ready because I had to get some work VPN moved over to the new device, so I kept cancelling the request.

Now I have finally moved over to the new phone constantly - and needless to say, the watch now refuses to prompt me to move to the new phone... duh!!!!!!!!!

Any way to force this or do I have to reset settings on my watch?
