Force some pictures to local storage on iPhone

Hi there,

I am using iCloud Photo Library with optimised storage on my iPhone and iPod as my library is too big. However I have some albums that I would like to be always available even without a network connection. Is it possible to designate some albums as 'stored locally' even when using optimised storage?
