I recently updated my Macbook Pro 13" to a Macbook Pro 13" with Retina Display, as well as the Force Touch Trackpad. As I use the trackpad the mouse often gets stuck and is unable to scroll on pages. Already went through the basic trouble shooting. Can someone else confirm this or is it me just getting use to the Trackpad. I do not think it should function much differently from previous Macbook Pro generations, besides the fact you can force touch. If the problem persists will consult Apple for replacement.

Take it back and get another one

That just doesn't sound right to me.

Mine sticks aswell..

Same problem here with the new force touch trackpad. I've noticed that it gets sticky and can't scroll when the weather is warm and my fingers are slightly damp as a result. Can't use it outside in the sun. Works perfectly when it's freezing cold!

Let me know if you take it in to the genius bar..

2915 MBPR owner here. And have had zero problems with mine at ALL. I would deff get a appointment from the genius bar.

Never had that happen. Sounds like something is wrong. If you can duplicate the program take it to a genius.

I had this problem with the new rMB. It actually felt different than the trackpad on my 2015 13" pro. I would describe it as "sticky."

It felt a lot less dense if that makes sense, which is odd b.c they are suppose to be the same.
