Force update storage numbers

Anyone know if it is possible or how to get Yosemite to re-calculate the numbers used for About This Mac/Storage?

If you reindex Spotlight by running the command below in Terminal the storage space on that graphic will correct itself. Give it time to reindex... it can take up to an hour or so.
