Force updating from a backup?

I successfully updated to 1.1.3 and I used the "hacktivation" method, even though I'm an AT&T customer. When it loaded 1.1.3, iTunes didn't ask me if I wanted to restore my phone from a backup. Now I have to put in all my settings manually. Is there a way to force it to load my backup?

^^ Perfect! The directory to delete is now /var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control of course, but that got it! Thanks!
