Hi,

I have a small computer lab with 10 computers that I manage with a OS X sever. They are all iMacs.

We partition the hard drive with two sections: one for OS and the other for any documents that users will create.

Now, I want user to not to save anything on the partition with OS on it. Document folder as well as Picture folder are the main two.

I looked around and found that you can change the default location for saving files but I want to go step further than that.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I've never done this, but I know you can set a different location for user home folders. I'd think you'd want to just put all the home folders on your data partition.

Try this.
