Forget WIFI doesn't appear

Searching for help with forgetting a WIFI. I'm connected to my cable companies WIFI out in town (Tampa,FL) and have deleted the secure profile associated with Bright house/Spectrum. However I can't forget that network. The forget WIFI button doesn't appear. Have went into settings>general>reset>Reset network settings and that forgot all my other networks but not the Bright House one.

Anyone have any ideas besides a complete wipe of the phone?

Anyone have any advice on this. I have set that Wi-Fi to not auto join and it still does at times.
