I just set my background to rotate between the pictures in a folder and every time I restart the computer, I am stuck with a generic blue background (not in my pictures folder, mind you!)... I just have to right click/change destkop background, unselect the folder and then reselect and it comes back... but this is obviously frustrating.

Anyone have any ideas?

External library?

hey there,

Sounds like you have your photo library on an external location somewhere?

If yes, then you need to make sure to have mounted your external drive on startup. You can do that through System Preferences->Accounts -> Login Items and add that disk to the Login Items.

Hope this helps.

The pictures are on Macintosh HD...

I think the problem started after I set up a bootcamp partition, so could that have anything to do with it?
