Hey everyone, I've had a bear of a time searching for the solution. As a teacher, my school monitors everything that occurs on its network. I have my work Mac using my Apple ID to allow me to show videos I have purchased. I like having lots of passwords auto-remembered in keychain as well. But I want to keep my iPhone off the network for privacy (we're being urged to do so). Current problem is that when I select the network on my iPhone and tap to Forget the network, it also makes my Mac drop the connection, forgetting the password. When I re-type it into my Mac, my phone re-connects. Is there a way to remedy this?

I'm in a similar situation. I set the Mac to NOT remember the network when joining so the iPhone doesn't auto join. I do have to manually join the wi-fi every time and am ok with that.
