Forgot macbook air login PW. any hope ? or reset ?

Hi folks

I seem to have forgotten my macbook air password (probably will come back, but tough now :-( )

I have connected the macbook air to my apple id, have my phone on same apple id, and REMEMBER all other PW (phone apple id pw all in tact )

Just the macbook air seems to be little out of memory :-( :-(

any chance of getting back into the macbook ?

IF not what's the best way to reboot, because NOT much original stuff is in the macbook

You can use internet recovery to wipe the drive and reinstall the os.
