Forgotten the password to my wireless network

I have forgotten the password to my wireless network. (sorry)

Can I reset this or recover it somehow?

Who do you have? The password is sometimes on the router itself.

I've got one to prevent any nobber sitting outside my house using my network 😀

I've solved it through airport admin utility though.
