Taking my wifi back to get a 3G model; how to total wipe clean before return ipad2 wifi???

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase all settings and content.

I would back up the iPad before erasing it. Then when you get your new iPad, you can restore from that backup and have all your settings and content all set up.
