Good night. I need to format that partition on my HD, but she is inaccessible. What program or method can I use to format it?

Yosemite converted your partition to a core storage volume. You can revert the core storage with the command below in Terminal. Afterwards you will be able to format.

    Code:
    diskutil cs revert disk0s2

it appeared : disk0s2 is a CoreStorage Physical Volume; please specify a CoreStorage Logical Volume instead

Run this command and post up the results so I can see the partition layout.

    Code:
    diskutil cs list

Okay... here you go. This should kill it then you can reformat.

    Code:
    diskutil cs delete E56CD66C-6253-4D7E-BA7D-3569B8B2C551
