    Hello.

I have alot of problems with my Macbook Pro, (to much porn :p ). So, I have decided I am gonna formate my Mac, its no problems with the formate itself, I have done that before, but never with Time Machine, since I havent use Time Machine for so long.

So I got 2 questions for you guys:

    1. How do I formate with Time Machine, what I mean is, how do I choise what backup to choise? (please show some good guide)

    2. If I formate with Time Machine, is the bad files comming with then as well? (The **** I get from when I have been watching porn..)?

    Thanks in advance.

After you have completed the backup with Time Machine, you boot into the installer and format the internal Mac OS X volume and install Mac OS X.
After the installation is complete, you can use Setup / Migration Assistant to copy the data from the backup, you select what you want and what you don't want.

Migration Assistant / Setup Assistant information:

As I do not know, what faeces you refer to from watching porn (since there are a lot of ways to watch porn), I cannot help you with that.

But most often, the problem does not result from watching porn, as it is fairly easy to watch porn (Flash does suffice, VLC Player for downloaded porn) on a Mac and does not frell up your system (except during playback of Flash related videos depending on your CPU).

If you want to enhance the performance of your Mac, be sure to check these two articles, do not just use applications, that promise to do it for you.
