Hello one and all, I'm making a chart on Numbers and am having an unusual problem. When I make the chart smaller, the labels on the x-axis sort of "blend in together" and overlap, as opposed to just spreading on to two lines (you'll see what I mean on the picture). Does anyone have any idea how to rectify this? I tried looking through all the chart and axis menus etc., but had no joy.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I too just looked through the menus and there appears to be no fix for how the labels are spread out, formatted, etc. The only thing that I could do would be to change the type from a 2d column to a 2D bar and there will be more space for the labels.

That's true , I think either your suggestion or making the font size smaller are the only viable options.

Thanks for the tip, I appreciate it :)
