Formatting Header in Pages 08

Hey there, i'm trying to format my header in pages and it's becoming frustrating. Microsoft word had a nice feature where you can have left/centre/right align all on one line. I haven't found a way to automatically do this in pages other than using tab markers. is there an automatic solution somewhere that will allow me to have some text left aligned, some centred, and some right aligned?

I think using tabs is the only way possible... But that's not at all worse than having the other program (Word) doing something automatically. At least you know what you've done, and how to adjust it if you need to.
