I'm from the UK but switched to my US account to buy an album that I couldn't get on the UK Store. Switched back to my UK account while downloading and it wouldn't download the rest of the album. Switched again to my US account to download the rest of the album and got told I could only use the US account for downloading previous purchases. Now I'm locked out of my UK iTunes Match account. Can anyone confirm if formatting a machine and reinstalling OS X bypasses this ridiculous rule?
