Formatting my keyboard audio buttons

Hey, I want to format my wireless keyboard so I can use my audio buttons to work on bootcamp. I also want to be able to use my brighten and dimmer buttons. Any suggestions?
 
Not Sure About Windows

But in lion go to System preferences, keyboard, then click "set up Bluetooth keyboard"

You can configure most things from there.
