Formulas with Time in Pages

I'm using Pages '06 and trying to make a document that has a table in it. In the table, I'm trying to set up a formula that will add times together. It doesn't seem to accept time format with colons. The formula works with simple numbers, but not time.

Is there a way to format the formula so that it accepts time? Or perhaps format the cells?

Is this a new feature in later versions of Pages?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
