If you have it already installed you should be able to play what you have (without new content). Otherwise it seems that the game is not available for the moment.

Thanks man. The game won't get new updates in the future? Is there a workaround for installing the game on a brand new iPhone? I plan to get it next month

I don’t think there is a workaround. It was deliberately shut down because of Apple and Epic’s tinkling match, and you can either wait for them to hash it out, play on a console, or find a new game.
